the player is unable to move a small container that has items within into any sort of storage

if the small container is empty it may be placed into storage, once empty and in storage the player can then move items into the storage container and just hope to god that the items magically go into the small container.

this is a pain in the rear end to deal with because we all use small containers to store our items that need protection.
