1 ) Color hints do not work and mislead players. Below in the video clip I described a small part of the problems. https://youtu.be/FnrRpDYcWm4
At the moment, there are 4 types of color hints in the game, these are:
- Green color - you can interact.
- Yellow color - can be combined.
- Blue color - can be changed \ replaced.
- Red color - it is impossible to interact.
But in the game you have items with which you can perform at least two actions, for example: When you have a backpack on your back, and another smaller backpack is in your inventory, when you hover a smaller backpack over a backpack that weighs on your back, by default, a smaller backpack will fit into the slots of the backpack on your back, but I wanted to swap backpacks, and not put one backpack in another backpack. I suggest adding a small window for choosing an action: Place or swap items.
2 ) The color hints in the character area also doesn't work correctly. At the moment, the hint is highlighted in green, although it should be blue.
3 ) Watching new players try to play DayZ (I work in a computer club) I noticed that they don't understand why they can't mark up this or that item on their character. For example, trying to put on a motorcycle helmet with a headlamp already on, they will not understand why the game does not allow them to do this.
I suggest you add a window for errors to the inventory in which an explanation will be displayed in text form. Here is an example of how I did it: https://youtu.be/knsBEjkB2sk
