1. kill enemies and try to loot them
2. optionally: try high ping or packet loss or server lag (ex: use Clusmy on a server with peerplugin in workbench at aroudn 300 ping)
3. sometimes enemies are hard or impossible to loot

I was playing on a server with ~200 ping to me. I think this issue is easier to reproduce with high ping or temporary server lag.
I think sometimes the ragdoll stops weirdly or desyncronzies from the body.

This has happened to me on the stable servers previously as well, but this time I got it in the experimental server.
