I have tried a few different troubleshooting methods: Uninstall and Reinstall, Run as Admin, Running it in compatibility. However nothing has fixed it. The strangest couple of things is that it didn't use to do this. I have been able to play it on the exact same computer early last year, but randomly this began to happen on the default DayZ launcher but, for whatever reason, the DayZ Experimental launcher works perfectly fine. As another side note, I've attempted to recreate the crashing when I was troubleshooting so I would pre-emptively open the Windows Task Manager. I'm not to sure why but when I hit play in the DayZ Launcher the memory used in the Task Manager continuously climbs until my whole PC crashes. I'd like to think it's something on my end but this is the only game that does that to my PC. Any help is appreciated, I'm just kind of at a loss in what to try next. Thank you.

Is there any error that pops up when this occurs? Or does the game shutdown only?

The only error message I get is when I End Task. Other than that it just fully shuts my computer off.

Can you please try the following?:
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled for DayZ before doing this) - you can also delete the config files manually by clearing the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters
