With the radio backpack equipped, the server host's aim gets locked while teammates are in the deployment screen. After the teammate spawns on their radio, mouse control is given back to the host.

Steps To Reproduce
Host starts LAN server.
Teammate joins server.
Host equips radio backpack.
Teammate respawns and selects host as spawn point.
Additional Information
The teammate who is not the host doesn't appear to lose mouse control when they are using the radio backpack and people respawn on them.
