Server performance issues on official 1.22 and also official 1.23 exp .
Yellow an red server icons present an decreased server perfance towards the 6-8 hour mark of the servers been live after restart . Official is currently on a 8 restart schedule , i notice the yellow an red server icons appear mostly towards the end of the previous session of restarts , maybe reduce restarts to 6 hour intervals (4 restarts per day) instead of 8 hour (3 per day) . This is currently happening on official DE 1297 , DE 3607 (temp) an also 1.23 DE 3536 Experimental .

Steps To Reproduce
Play official servers as noted above , be online at server restart times an play for longer than 8 hours , after 6 hours of no decreased performance and no server warning icons you will notice the server warning icons will start to appear for the next 1-2 hours an you will see decreased server performance an also players will be stuttering . All 5/6 of us playing can see this . Soon as server restarts the icons no longer show an server performance is back to normal
