Something broke with the light portals used in buildings, they totally desaturate everything, and the closer to the portal the worse it is. Almost all color is gone and the lighting is obviously broken.

Steps To Reproduce
Walk into a building and notice the weird lighting. Stand in front of it and it gets even worse.
