Steps To Reproduce
- Enable voice activation either via settings or the left DPAD shortcut.
- Either do not speak, or turn the mic off on your headset.
- Icon remains on screen

Some headsets tend to trigger it, even if you have the mic off. My one headset does not trigger it but my new one does; I think it's more from the mic and not the game. You can also change the voice activation level to prevent it. Increase the audio detection up and it shouldn't show.

That's strange, It doesn't happen to me on stable and I'm sure the activation threshold is the same. I'll have to double check.

@Geez feel free to close this ticket. The mic threshold was at the lowest setting and after increasing, the mic icon disappeared.
