Description

I have been trying out EXP for PC for 1.23 and have gotten a Olga up and running and had a later on had some bumper damage but when I repaired it there was no sound for the blowtorch.

Steps To Reproduce

Have blowtorch with Large gas canister in Pristine condition with gas inside and have a badly/damaged bumper on the Olga and hold to repair and there will be no sound.
