Pressing left mouse to attack (melee) after moving up to AI after raising melee does nothing often.

Quite often, while trying to attack with a melee weapon, the player will just stand there doing nothing weapon raised when trying to attack.
This is really bad with clothing ruining and bleeds after 2 hits.

This seems to be an issue of pressing buttons faster than the game can register.
