All cars lie in the forest because everybody crash them and leave without parts.
I start to play official servers and i don't find cars at spawns, but i find a lot of crashed wreck in the forests.
After i started to destroy the car corpses in the forests the spawned cars magically appeared.

I think it need to remove the car wrecks by the server.
