Description

I tried to join a server and one of the mods would not download, I got the "download failed" red text and even after restarting, the mod would not download if I tried to download it by joining the server with the mod through the server browser.

The server this happened to me this time one was: DarkGru conflict server (modded)!
Perhaps this is a server config issue? Perhaps it's a workshop issue?

Steps To Reproduce

Open server browser in-game
select a modded server
join the server
the mods will automatically download
Wait for mods to download
1 or more mods fail to download
they will never download when trying to join the server.
go to the workshop
manually download the mods which did not download automatically
mods now download correctly
join server successfully

Additional Information

I went to the workshop and manually downloaded the m113 mod and then I was able to join the server.

A similar issue happened to me before, this is not the first time, however the last time the mod was different (also different server), but same issue with same workaround.
