Tried to log on to try out the new update on exp but kept getting the error code(0x00020009) . I've tried a few servers and even logged in on my wife's account to see if it would work but I can't get in at all.

I lowered off the Xbox and unplugged from the wall. When I tried again I'm now getting error code 0x00010001.
