I have noticed that aiming with the Makarov IJ70 (any small arms?) causes a graphical glitch primarily with the left hand. While looking down in first person perspective during the weapon transition phase, aim the pistol at the ground and you'll notice this glitch.

Steps To Reproduce
- Equip Makarov IJ70 into character's hands.
- While in first person perspective, look at your character's hands.
- Now aim the pistol at ground.
- Should notice graphical glitch with your characters left hand during aiming process.
