I've had this happened to me with tomato kitchen timer.
I remember picking up kitchen timer 5 mins before a server restart. Then the server restarted i waited in the main menu for like 15 mins, I closed the game and joined a different server through DZSA Launcher but when joining the server i was kicked because a mod i didn't have installed and then i heard the timer sound being played non stop at the menu.
