There are bolt-action hunting/police rifles in game, but no military. .308 can't do much at 600m+ distance. Here's what I got: Livonia, near Zalesie, 2 different hills, 900m distance, open field, like a shooting range. I'm on one hill, opponent is on the 2nd near heli crash. I have Savana + hunting scope (800m zeroing max). I can try to set it on 800 and shoot a little bit higher, but the point is that .308 damage at 800m+ distance is like a moskito bite, dude will only get minor health drop and ran away. You need to bring higher caliber to the game to cover 650-1300m distance gap, even single sniper rifle would fit perfectly. It can be .338/.408/50BMG - doesn't matter. The fact is that you can't do sh*t to an opponent at 600m+ distances (unless you'd shot him right in the head and he wouldn't wear any helmet). I wrote about this many times, none was done, 99.9% nothing will be done, but still, how many times you need to tell devs about some problem so they finally see it? 2, 5, 15 times? And I'm not asking about something crazy like "oh, oh, devs, bring UFO space ships, jets, magic wands, flying carpets and John Cena". And those ideas are joke, 'cause I know you can take that serious (wow, yes, we gonna add Cena on a flying carpet). OFC the dude ran away despite I landed a shot, bet it felt like a scratch to him.
