server crashes on player join, crash happen when players join each time it will be a random player. server is stable at low pop during the day with no crashes but will crash at higher pop in the evenings

This appears to be caused by some mod you are running. Unfortunately we cannot tell which mod is it besides that it crashes on HeadingModel.
The mod creator will have to fix the problem on their end.
