Since 1.22 update in 08/28 all kind of tripwire traps placing does not appear at the server logs

Steps To Reproduce

Noticed no tripwire traps were placed since then but some players found some. Proved by us and neither appears in logs

Regarding tripwire: looks like it also can't be triggered anymore.
I crafted some tripwires and ran through. nothing happens.
Just tried it on a local server (with and without mods) and some modded servers.
But cannot confirm on official because of reasons.

We have the same problem, the grenade doesnt explode but we have a lot of mods

Hello, we did a test, we ran a vanilla clean server and the grenade traps don't really work.
