So my friend and I have been playing some DayZ and enjoying it except my friend has extreme motion sickness. There's now currently no way to disable the camera swaying motion in 3rd and 1st person.

Can someone please point me in to the correct game files that govern this motion? I'll create an override or a mod to remove the issue, I just need to know where to look. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have wasted my money buying us both this game and he's not able to play.
