Bullet/Shell deflection being disabled on Game Materials

Description

I was making a tank with working Penetration using the "Thickness Override" option on the game materials but when I set it to for example "Value: 30mm" my bullets stoped deflection of this specific material. I made sure that "Allow Deflection" was enabled but still the same results. This should be a bug since even with a thickness override the bullets should still deflect acording to the critical angle of deflect set in the bullets "ShellMoveComponent".
I hope this can be fixed.

Steps To Reproduce

-create a new game material and have "Thickness Override" on None
-assign the materials GUID to the models collider
-create a bullet prefab and change the critical angle of deflect to a specific value
-turn your model with collider and material about the same degrees from the weapon you are firing
-enable "show shell trajectory" in "GameCode - Projectiles"
-increase both "Persistance" and "Info Persistance" to Permanent
-fire the weapon and watch the results (should be that deflects are possible)
-now change "Thickness Override" to Value and set it to any value and repeat the test after restarting the Enfusion Tools
