since update 1.22 when you are unconscious and press respawn it just gives a red screen and you have to close the game.

go unconscious from breaking legs or get attacked by zombies and wehn pressing respawn while unconscious it just gives a red screen

when using a knife or gun to suicide the respawn works fine.

Same here, xbox. Tried also different machines, not helped. My another server (no wipe) doesnt have such bug.
Also checked other servers, not everyone has same issue.
What can be done here to fix it except dont click respawn button.

Having the same issue. Dying then stuck on the red screen and cant respawn. I have to close the game and restart.

No fix has been deployed during the first hotfix for this issue. It has not been announced anywhere as the fix is not ready and the issue is still being worked on.
