Situation: I want to change the character walking speed from slowest creep to fastest jog (not sprint)
Action: I use the default control "scroll up"
Expectation: It takes maximum of two "scrolls" (less then a second) to go from MIN to MAX
Reality: It takes at least 10 full "scrolls" (5 seconds of scrolling like mad)

In video below, I quickly start scrolling the moment the soldier's foot crosses the line and keep scrolling until it feels the soldier is jogging at max speed
