Items Spawned Through JSON do not spawn in full quantity.

Description

When spawning tarp and short sticks, they do not spawn in full stacks.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn said items through JSON file.

Tarp will spawn 1/4 pieces not 4/4 pieces.
Short Sticks will spawn 1/5 pieces not 5/5 pieces
