Pretty much the title: I've downloaded a hand full of different weapons or uniforms and, with varying frequency, at an arsenal chest. It would show me a spinning orange circle every time I try and download a mod. I've had to resort to exit out the game, restart the game, and then hopefully it works. No dice. I've let it sit connecting for around a two hours and no dice.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

To anyone with this problem I have just found out smashing the spacebar does a cutscene skip on some cutscenes.
