PC Version 1.21.156300

Combat Pants (TTSKOPants) currently weigh 2.5 kg which is a lot more than other pants in the game. All pants weigh under 1 kg with two exceptions: BDU at around 1.4 kg and firefighter pants at 2.5 kg which are supposed to be heavy.

I think the weight of TTSKOPants should be adjusted to match similar types of pants.
