The item "Satchel Charge (Sapper)" is the explosive charge that shares the inventory icon of the "Satchel Charge (Thrown)". However it is found on the "Magazines" category, unlike the regular "Satchel Charge" explosive (used by the NVA/VC/PL/KR) which is found on the "Explosives" category and the "Satchel Charge (Throwable)" which is found on the "Grenades" slot.

On top of the odd categorization, it is not possible to place this charge. The option to place this charge does appear once they are in the player inventory, however once activating that option the player will perform the animation for setting charges, but no charge will be planted (and the charge will remain untouched in the player inventory)
