I was playing DayZ and ran into this bug where the gun swaps and other items into hands can sometimes desync the player its mostly known as the "Hand Bug"
and sometimes you can't drop the items/guns it gets stuck in hands I had a CR-527 and it bugged in my players hands and other players can sometimes be bugged with that item
if the item is in someones hands its not there for other players its either on someones back or ground only way to fix the issue is tied up or F5 or Relog

This bug can be pretty bad in some situations and someones when the gun is in someones hands the player raises fist up no gun in hand.
