I've noticed this problem mainly since the last update. I don't recall it being an issue previously.

Usually after travelling some distance in a vehicle after exiting. Weapon will not reload or allow changing between primary and secondary. Bullets appear to have no effect. Can't reload mag or grenade launcher. Getting into and out of a vehicle appears to "fix" the issue with changing weapons and reloading, however, I suspect bullets still have no impact. Only fix appears to be respawning.

I find this actually occurring quite a lot, maybe depending on areas of the map? Once I travelled to the north side of Military Hospital from Montignac and it happened 3 times in a row after exiting the jeep. So 3 times in the space of about 15 mins.

In some sessions I notice that it may occur 2 or 3 of times per hour or so.
