I have fast 1GB download internet in Pacifica California. Only this game has strangely high pings only for weeks since buying. Showing only red with 1st list of 15 lowest ping MP servers all same 275 ping then going up to 999 ping. In game does not show pings in player list. Are all servers in a far locations?

I reset router, turned off all devices, did the flush IP, whitelisted game exe, allowed all in firewall, verified game cache, set autotuning internet, i have no vpn, checked for all hardware updates and windows, set BattleEye service to Auto, run game and steam as administrator, set time right, running on Ethernet cable not wifi, speed guide showed 900 DL speed 23 up.
Nothing changes the Red Pings ever.
