Ever since the updated vehicle simulation we got with 1.19 the M3S Truck has a severe lack of torque and cannot make it up even moderate hills at reasonable speeds. Compared to other cars who manage just fine, the M3S is really underpowered in this regard considering it's a truck.

If possible, please give the truck some more torque and the problem should be fixed.
Drive the ingame M3S Truck up some hills and you will quickly notice how underpowered it is for a truck.
@AkiDaWolf I think you should be fine using first and second gear with the light pedal modifier (ctrl) in order to not damage the engine. But perhaps the gap between 2nd and 3rd gear is a bit far. Don't know much about vehicles irl though, so perhaps this is accurate.
2nd to third is geared a lot higher than 1st to 2nd irl for American m35s.
But they generally have better torque in 1 and 2 than the game does.
