DCexplosion danger cause should trigger with actual explosions

Description

From what I can tell danger cause DCexplosion does not currently trigger with actual explosions. Instead it triggers with some, but not all, bullet impacts.

It would be really nice if it triggered with nearby explosions, and that when it does, the position of the danger was the location where the explosion happened.

With this change, we could easily make custom systems to cause AI units to react more appropriately to nearby explosions.
