In the recent 1.21 patch notes it states "Added: Optional logging for raising/lowering flags at flag poles" but does not show the string to place into the file to make it happen.

Hello Droidem.
You need to be running the server with "adminLogBuildActions = 1;" in server config also there has to be -adminlog parameter in the startup parameters.
