Add/Expose vector TurretComponent::GetInitAiming()

Description

I would like to be able to know what the aiming init for a given turret is so I can reset to and detect default angles. This information is saved on the turret component prefab data under ´Init Aiming´ as VEC2
Alternatively, this info might also be useful to know on the actual TurretControllerComponent.
