Steps To Reproduce
- set terrain and texture quality to ultra
- load map "Doung Island" in the editor
- move the camera to approx X: 1800 Y: 3200
- fly the camera to height > 500 m
- point the view straight down to the terrain
- use shift to fast slew the camera down toward the ground
- experience CTD when the engine loads the terrain data
