[EXP 9.8.50] Weapon feels static/frozen while aiming and moving in EXP

Description

After I just tried out the new experimental update I noticed that the little shakes when you move around while aiming down sight are gone. No matter what you do, the iron sights are now perfectly aligned. This feels very strange and less realistic, which makes me think it's a bug.

  1. Aim down weapon sights in Stable Version
  2. Walk forward and notice the shakes and wobbles
  3. Aim down weapon sights in Experimental Version
  4. Walk forward and notice how the shakes and wobbles are gone / weapon feels frozen and static
