3rd one has not been included in "known bugs" on release.

1st bug - weapon plays (missing bolt) shoot sound.
2nd bug - bolt vanishes after hitting tree
3rd bug - crossbow while held, during movement in crouch plays (what I believe is to be) a sword swinging sound.
4th bug - bolt missplaced and unable to pick from infected.
