We have been firing from one BTR-70 at another BTR-70 and could not harm the soldier inside at all or damage the vehicle.
Firing from a soldier to the BRT-70 would kill the driver / gunner almost immediately.

This is really bad, because the BRT-70 cannot be used for protection against all soldiers but the once with a launcher.
