Mod Workshop file patching not working

Description

When there's a mod update, my game downloads the WHOLE ENTIRE mod again.
I assume it's because file patching is not working.

The best is to make a test mod and use that.

  1. I subscribe to mods
  2. I downlaod them fully
  3. mods update
  4. I download them fully
  5. mods update
  6. I download them fully
  7. mods update
  8. I download them fully
Additional Information

Every time RHS mod for arma reforger updates, I have to download it again.
That's like one of the biggest mods I have that updates constantly, so it's great for testing with
