When I set my base up I was able to attach wire to create a gate, now I would like to remove the entire section but can't remove the wire so I can disassemble the wall. Looked on Google and says you have to see the wire but I couldn't see the post when I attached the wire. It's a private server with base damage off. How's it possible to attach wire to a post that can't be seen/reached but not be able to remove it?

Steps To Reproduce
Put a wall on any house outside of dood and attach a wire to create a gate. When attempting to remove wire to disassemble the wall there will be no option to do so since the post holding the wire isn't accessible.

Consider the inside of the gate the side where you can place planks, metal wire is on the left. You're able to remove the wire only if you see it from the inside part of the gate.

Correct, or as Google found. I put the wire on and as you can see there was no possible way to see the post it attached to. That's what is troublesome, I can't take it back off now.

I assume that it's not possible to remove the wire from the outside to avoid someone just locking you inside your base just cos the lock is not on the gate, or that all prompts need to happen from the inside.
If that's yours or a friend server, you can always set base damage on and blow it up.
