USA M151A2 (jeeps), Supply Truck have much smaller capacity of inventory storage compared to the Russian variants.

e.g. USA jeep can hold only 1 backpack while UAZ can hold many. UAZ can hold many weapons and ammo while the jeep can't.

Same goes for Supply Trucks. Russian supply truck can hold an arsenal of dozens of items while the USA supply truck can only hold a couple of items.
