Getting shot by a cheater while AFK in base

I was sitting in base watching a video - I tab back in to a guy spraying the wood walls of my base, hitting me. After over 15000 hours of playing FPS games I have never seen a more blatant wall hacker. He destroyed multiple boxes in my base and hit me until I was flashing HP, but I believe he ran out of bullets (thank God). I confronted him telling him his free GitHub cheats are trash and that I assume he was trying to kill me and then subsequently use the still not patched bug where you drop an item on the floor and walk backwards while trying to pick it up to bug through walls. This would be the second time in less than a week that someone used this glitch on me. He hit me multiple times so it should be easy to see him in the combat logs. My in game name is Kodiak or KarryAK, not entirely sure which survivor I am on at the moment. Please for the love of God admin your servers and don't become the next Tarkov.
