Wasn't sure where to put this but it's certainly a gameplay problem that needs fixing. Had been following this guy for 30 minutes to try and talk to him. When he sat down I believed he was combat logging, but he was actually being kicked for a server restart. In the case of a server restart there should be no 15 second countdown, just exiting the server immediately. Please see my attached video below:
