launch game crash after loading in assets

deer isle map heavily modded but other users are not crashing. ping very low in the 60's ,hardware more then capable of hosting the game let alone playing it. gen 13 i9 139000k 32 core with msi carbon wifi motherboard and an RTX 4070TI
safe to say the pc is not having a hard go of it
