Greenhouse (polytunnel farm) starts flickering if player looks through fence
Settings: everything set on lowest, except for object detail (very high) and texture detail (very high)
Texture filtering set to billinear.
Nvidia driver version: 531.18 with high performance settings.

Steps To Reproduce

Noticed in Kozlovka.
Stand behind polytunnel farm, from side with fence, and start walking towards and backwards that farm, you will notice that part of building that stands on same height as fence starts flickering, while roof of that farm that is higher than fence looks normal.
