We write to you this letter as the Ukrainian Dayz community.
Some time ago our players started complaining they cannot find our server through the launcher.
We started the launcher and noticed that the launcher doesn't find any EU or UA servers while using the search in the 'Community' tab.
Instead of UA and EU servers, it finds Chinese or other Asian servers with ping 250+ which is not compliant with the conception of 'Comfortable playing'.

In light of that fact, we'd like to inform you about the issue with the launcher about finding the nearest servers with the lowest ping in the UA region.
Furthermore, the launcher does not even find servers via an alias or server name even if the server is working and observable, only direct connect works in case you want to join some definite server.
This situation forces a massive amount of players leaving from the servers and migrating to other regions of EU which could kill the Dayz community in Ukraine.

We admit the fact you may have been banned by geolocation russian players or players from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine but banning ALL UA gamers is unacceptable.
In the case of banning temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine doesn't even try to use any excuse kinda 'we cannot define where is the player from' as far as we all know the traffic in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine goes through the russian providers.
