I'd like to request a feature to let players switch seats with "live" dead players. Right now if player is still controlling a dead body, you can't swap seat with them which makes little sense gameplay-wise because you can swap with "cold" dead bodies, plus you can still get into these seats from outside. Unless there is an engine limitation that is hard to bypass, I'd like to request an option to allow this. An option and not change, to keep backwards compatibility.

Steps To Reproduce
- Start mission with 2 players, one will be driver, another passenger
- Player 1 should respawn and remain in control of dead body
- Observe that Player 2 can't swap to Driver

I think that having it as description.ext flag should be enough. Something like:
