This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox/PS4 issues use their respective forms from the dropdown menu (delete this prior to creating the ticket) When loading into the game, character glitched through floor of building. Was on a bed when i logged out, when loading into the game character "fell" through floor and is trapped under building but appears to be at ground level.
