Just an idea. Maybe adding small submarine event somewhere to Chernarus. Nithing fency, just a submarine with internal textures (something similar to Namalsk maybe), closed door that requires special keycard/key (commanders key, or some other, pretty hard to get), some top loot behind the door. If decide to go hardway, maybe a possibility to launch once in restart po-x rocketch on some location (requires xx/yy coords), so in xx/yy coords appears temporary toxic zone (won't damage players bases). Would be nice to have some feature like this or something similar (military bases with po-x rockets could wourk too, especiaaly with that sound that comes from behind the map). The POX warheads in Dambog bunker looks really cool. You should probably add some ability to affect globally on all the map from that place (like pox launch or something similar), the place itself is priceless, but going there every time only for L3 aug and NVG without any other purpouse is not all that this place can be capable of
