Inventory item count not changing when you drag item to same type of item. You need make other change in storage to make refresh for you see corrent count.
If you drag item to new free slot in other storage, you see item count corrent immediately.
I think problem is: If you drag item to himself its disappearing in inventory. But you can get back from quick slot.
Just drag FlahLight to himself and its disappearing from visual storages, but not from quick slot.
You can get back from quick slot.
Drag grenade to other storage's grenade and item count not changes. (its disappearing)
Drag grenade to other storage's free slot and item count correct.
or
Drag grenade to other storage's grenade and item count not changes.
Do something change in storage and item count refreshing. (lost item appearing)
