Players entering the network bubble cause major desync while driving
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

Hi,

We, like everyone else, have been experienced issues while driving, where there is suddenly a several-second desync (i.e. the car appears sideways, and doesn't respond to input, just to suddenly - after a few seconds - return back to the original orientation). There is an added issue with this, that is that the car will appear to, for example, be spinning to the left, the player will apply opposite lock to the right and, after a few seconds, the car will warp to the original orientation but will react to the applied right steering, very likely resulting in a crash and wrecking the car.

These seemed random, until we started testing with admin tools enabled. When we did that, we realized that these events happen ALWAYS when a new player enters the network bubble. They don't happen when a vehicle enters it, but they will happen when players, and possibly some other instances, enter it. This is not client-side stuttering, as the client keeps running, but there is a several second desync, that is very noticeable while driving.
